We are seeking an experienced CSC QS to support the commercial and financial management of large-scale construction projects. The CSC QS will be responsible for cost management, quantity measurement, contract administration, valuation of works, change management, and commercial reporting throughout all project phases. The role requires close collaboration with project delivery, design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure effective cost control and successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Cost Planning & Estimating Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on design documentation.
