Deine Aufgaben Retention entscheidet, ob aus dem ersten Kauf eine Beziehung über das ganze Hunde- und Katzenleben wird und genau dieses Spielfeld gehört Dir. Du bekommst Ownership über Lifecycle CRM bei 7 starken Petfood-Marken: Du verantwortest unsere Automations und Kampagnen von der Idee bis zum Go-Live - mit modernen Tools, viel Gestaltungsspielraum und direktem Impact. Du arbeitest selbstständig, triffst Entscheidungen und verbesserst schnell auf Basis von Ergebnissen. Du baust, betreust und optimierst Klaviyo-Flows und -Kampagnen für alle 7 Marken parallel (u.a. Wolfsblut, Herrmann's Manufaktur, pets Premium) - vom Welcome Flow bis zur Reaktivierung. Du verantwortest E-Mail als Kernkanal.
