Then join our Tax ITTS Financial Services team at EY Luxembourg and gain experiences that will last a lifetime. The opportunity As part of the team, you will provide tax expertise to Banking and Insurance clients, encompassing advice on international tax implications for multinational companies in relation, but not limited, to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings including due diligence, transfer pricing and tax modelling. Your key responsibilities You will also be involved in international tax and strategic transaction advice, fund structuring services or post completion tax advisory services. On top of that, you will develop and manage key client relationships.…
