Senior Manager-Operational AML & Compliance Services Your role Lead and oversee AML/KYC due diligence activities in compliance with applicable regulations, client requirements and internal policies. Review and challenge complex CDD/KYC files, risk assessments, screening results and remediation activities. Act as an escalation point for high-risk and sensitive AML/CFT matters. Manage client relationships, engagements, reporting and service delivery. Manage, coach and develop a team, ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management. Monitor production, quality controls, KPIs and service levels, implementing corrective actions where needed. Drive process improvements, operational efficiency and transformation initiatives.…
