Afin de renforcer les équipes de DEEP au sein de Business Line Client Infrastructure, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Incident Manager (m/f/n) à temps plein. Vos missions Superviser et coordonner la gestion des incidents afin d'assurer un rétablissement rapide des services et de minimiser les impacts métiers. Définir, maintenir et faire évoluer les processus de gestion des incidents et des demandes (Incident & Request Management) conformément aux bonnes pratiques ITIL. Piloter les incidents majeurs et les situations de crise, en assurant une communication claire et proactive envers les parties prenantes. Coordonner les équipes techniques internes, les clients et les fournisseurs impliqués dans la résolution des incidents.…
