Experienced Lawyer - Capital Markets Your role: Work closely alongside the Partners on a vast range of equity capital markets transactions including international IPOs, follow-on offerings, admissions to trading, private placements and other international transactions / the broadest range of primary and secondary international equity capital markets transactions; Advise on capital markets regulation, securities laws, regulatory compliance and related corporate governance topics; Have direct exposure to clients and regulatory authorities and interact daily with domestic and international public issuers, banks and private equity firms, asset managers and other institutional investors, capital markets infrastructure providers and law firms; Assist other Arendt teams with your expert advice…
