Task Responsibilities: Planning and monitoring outbound & inbound cargo flows through the LUX Hub Collect, distribute and share all inbound & outbound truck and flight related information with concerned CV departments / Stations Plan, coordinate and follow-up physical flight build-up in accordance with Export Control department Check optimisation & build-up accuracy of t-units on inbound flight/trucks Assist and fulfil internal departments / Stations & external customer’s requirements Follow all applicable Export & Import procedures Distribute all co-mail/training material from outbound flights to CV stations and/or LUX offices Ensure that instructions given to the GHA are executed and take action in case of any deviation Execute warehouse checks Keep internal departments / Stations and…
