We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join our high-performing Advanced Analytics team, embedded within the Care group. Reporting to the Manager, Data Science, this role will lead technical innovation to drive engagement and adoption of Spring Practice - Spring Health’s core care coordination and provider platform - leveraging diverse and novel data sources in close partnership with product, design, and engineering. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, bring strong analytical expertise, and drive rapid experimentation to surface actionable strategies that improve member and provider experience, care coordination efficiency, and health outcomes. This is a full-time, remote position on our team. Occasional travel may be required for company or team events/meetings.…
