Tasks & Responsibilities: Analyze, coordinate, and document business needs, issues and areas of improvement, related to the Cargo Management System and Global Logistics applications. Perform assigned duties, achieve defined objectives, and deliver expected results in accordance with established processes and methodologies. Initiate activities and actions, manage administrative procedures, and report deviations within the area of responsibility to management. Identify and communicate discrepancies from planned workflows and support the implementation of corrective actions.
