The Transfer Agency Oversight Officer will work closely with the Transfer Agency Oversight Manager and will independently support the execution of the Transfer Agency oversight framework, including the oversight plan, governance forums, control reviews, service-provider monitoring and follow-up of remediation actions. The role requires the successful candidate to work independently, with limited guidance from line management, in supporting the oversight and control of: · All delegated Transfer Agency activities; and · In-house Transfer Agency activities, ensuring that they are performed in accordance with applicable regulations, internal policies and procedures.…
