At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a creative, skilled, and charismatic Barman, who will craft high-end mixology drinks and deliver authentic bar experiences to our guests. Primary Responsibilities Include Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature mixology creations, spirits, and beverages according to Belmond standards. Engage with guests at the bar, providing tailored drink recommendations, spirits storytelling, and a warm atmosphere. Maintain bar setup, mis-en-place, cleanliness, and stocking throughout operational hours. Manage bar inventory, liquor controls, and minimize beverage waste. Ensure full compliance with beverage safety, hygiene, and local alcohol service regulations.
