Support the restaurant team in delivering accurate and courteous service, following Meliá quality standards. The intern will contribute to the correct presentation of food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction while learning how to anticipate expectations and provide memorable dining experiences. What will you be doing? Welcome guests and assist them with menu choices, communicating clearly and positively. Learn and follow service procedures according to hotel standards. Present dishes and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism. Anticipate guest needs and contribute to exceeding expectations. Support the team with order taking and food & beverage service.
