The Software Analyst and Project Specialist contributes to the design of application solutions compliant with user needs, in terms of functionality provided, information flows exchanged and business processes supported. Among the main objectives of the role are: - the analysis of user needs 1.01 Collects the needs of the internal customer, encouraging the definition of requirements and conducting an initial analysis and feasibility assessment 1.02 Supports the internal customer in defining functional requirements, conducting business analyzes and process mapping to represent the AS-IS flows and TO-BE 1.03 Defines the plan of required activities and implementation times in order to present the solutions to the internal customer according to time and cost standards 1.04 Monitors the progress…
