M ISSION: Responsble for the proactive research and analysis of new Hotel opportunities in the assigned area, finalized to their incorporation, under franchise, in the Company in accordance with the strategic plan set by area. Functional key contact in the assigned area, responsible for conducting negotiations with internal partners ( in particular Development VP and Director ) on each project and feasibility analysis. What will you have to do: Internal presentation of the projects for the approval and definition of the next steps; Prioritization of projects based on the strategy defined by the VP Development according to the strategic expansion plan; According to the negotiation policy established for each project: (i) direct management of negotiations with the owners, until their closure…
