la figura incaricata sarà responsabile di garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita del Gran Melia Villa Agrippina di Roma e del Melia Collection di Genova, per i quali avrà la responsabilita commerciale e di posizionamento. Sarà responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo del team Sales di queste strutture. Cosa dovrò fare? Sviluppare la strategia commerciale degli hotel in linea con il Business Plan di ciascuna struttura, definendo inoltre il budget dei ricavi in collaborazione con il team Revenue Management di Area e con il Direttore Generale dell'hotel. Garantire l'implementazione delle strategie commerciali di MHI nei segmenti Luxury, MICE, Corporate e Tour Operator negli hotel di responsabilità in coerenza con il Business Mix, il posizionamento del Brand e gli obiettivi…
