About the role You will be the dedicated Sales Operations partner to the Country and District Managers across Italy and Iberia. Your job is to help sales leaders run their business well: a clean forecast, a healthy pipeline, business reviews that lead to decisions, and follow-through so agreed actions actually happen. You report to the Director, EMEA and LATAM Sales Operations and work alongside the regional Sales Operations Business Partners to turn regional priorities into consistent execution at country and district level.
