As we continue to evolve our client portfolio and expand, MET Energia Italia is now looking for a talented Sales Optimisation Advisor, who will be contributing to the growth of the company in the Italian market. You will play a key role in developing and managing initiatives aimed at maximizing the value of customers acquired by MET Energia Italia within the Household segment, across both digital and agent-based sales channels. In this role, you will contribute to our daily operations through: Define the key requirements and overall strategy to establish a strong and valuable relationship with customers following the successful completion of the sales process (from welcome communications to cross-selling and broader customer monetization initiatives) and manage related development projects…
