Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire all'interno della Global Central Function People & Organization per un periodo di 6 mesi che, affiancando il tutor di riferimento, sarà formata rispetto alle seguenti attività: - Supporto a 360° ai processi HR con focus sulle aree di KPI HR Management, HR Planning & Reporting, Organization; - Supporto in termini di elaborazione dati e reportistica relativamente a tematiche HR; - Supporto nello sviluppo e miglioramento di Strumenti e Metodi per la gestione dei processi HR. Minimum Requirements: - Laureando/a o neolaureato/a in Materie Economico-Statistiche o Ingegneria Gestionale; - Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel); - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.…
