Reporting to the IT Support Manager Italia and representing the Group IT department, FSS Proximity Team Leader for Retail and Corporate is a member of the Field Services and Support (FSS) team inside I&O. You will be responsible to deliver effective IT support on-site or remotely across FSS perimeter for Corporate sites located in Milano metropolitan area and Retail network in Italy belonging to Richemont Group. Additionally you will assist in the continuous enhancement of the FSS organization at a regional level in alignment with Group IT and the business objectives of the organization and you will support business driven project initiatives such as new retail/manufacturing opening / closing/ refurbishment, special events, local workplace evolution.…
