All’interno dell’Area Legal, Criminal Law & Corporate Affairs stiamo ricercando un/ una Corporate Affairs Specialist per la nostra sede di Roma. La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: · supporto alla gestione societaria delle società italiane ed estere del Gruppo Leonardo; · predisposizione e/o gestione dei preavvisi informativi riguardanti le riunioni; · attività di gestione degli adempimenti necessari (i.e., predisposizione delle deleghe per la partecipazione alle Assemblee, esame/modifica dei relativi statuti e/o regolamenti, predisposizione di lettere di nomina dei rappresentanti LDO nei relativi organi); · approfondimenti normativi necessari in ragione delle diverse leggi locali applicabili; · supporto ai progetti cross-funzionali con impatto legale, anche in ambito M&A,…
