The Retail Planner is responsible for the operational definition and monitoring of the turnover objectives for the store, breaking them down into commercial KPIs and productivity objectives. The role has two main objectives: 1) supporting the Manager in planning turnover objectives, breaking them down into commercial KPIs and productivity objectives, consistently with the indications provided by the Retail Management; 2) monitor and verify the consistency of the Action and Workforce Plans of the Store Managers and Retail Supervisors with the assigned objectives 1.01 Support the Manager in planning the turnover objectives per store based on the potential of the store/benchmarking with others, tourist flows, consumer behaviour, etc.…
