Vertiv sta cercando un Team Leader – Referente di Linea per lo stabilimento di Tognana. Il Team Leader riporta al Capo Linea e si occupa durante un determinato turno lavorativo di garantire il corretto funzionamento delle operazioni di produzione e della gestione degli operatori nella linea assegnata, assicurando il raggiungimento e mantenimento degli obiettivi di sicurezza, ambiente, qualità, rendimento, consegne e miglioramento, seguendo e facendo rispettare le procedure aziendali e più in generale le norme di legge in vigore, in particolare riguardanti sicurezza, ambiente e qualità. Questo risultato ed il lavoro del team leader devono seguire le linee guida del sistema VOS ( Vertiv Operating System ).
