We are currently seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy! The Laboratory Supervisor manages a team of 6 test technicians and coordinates all laboratory operations across two core activities: factory witness testing — where customers are hosted on-site to verify performance and functionalities of purchased products — and product development testing. The role requires the ability to operate across two very different modes: managing witness testing with a production-oriented mindset (planning, scheduling, throughput) and supporting product development with a test-engineering approach. Today's workload ratio is approximately 70/30 in favour of witness testing.…
