La risorsa lavorerà su funzionalità server-side a supporto della piattaforma Field Collaboration, con particolare attenzione a componenti per la gestione di flussi collaborativi (helpdesk remoto, escalation, logging, knowledge base), creazione dinamica di report, e personalizzazione di dashboard e moduli backoffice per utenti interni ed esterni OverIT.
