Nell’ottica di rinforzare il team di ICT cerchiamo un/una IT Specialist in area Service Desk/IT Operations. La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della nostra funzione e si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Fornire supporto di primo livello agli utenti per problematiche IT quotidiane (device mobili, PC, accessi, connettività, applicazioni). Gestire e supportare le riunioni ibride e gli eventi interni nelle nostre sale meeting, principalmente Teams Rooms. Configurare e gestire i device utente (PC e Mobile) Gestire e configurare apparati di rete e stampanti Gestire in autonomia le emergenze Sarai tu a far parte del nostro team?…
