Per il dipartimento M&A Tax di Milano siamo alla ricerca di un professionista abilitato alla professione di Dottore commercialista che abbia maturato dai 2 a 4 anni di esperienza in materia di corporate taxes. L'attività svolta sarà la seguente: attività di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinarie strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche ed internazionali consulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa domestica ed internazionale.
