Your Role We are looking for an AI Business Transformation & Project Lead to connect business needs with digital and AI innovation, turning opportunities into measurable business impact. Working closely with Corporate functions, industrial plants, and technical teams, you will: Identify and prioritize AI and digital opportunities that improve efficiency, cost, quality, safety, and performance. Translate business needs into clear use cases, solutions, and transformation initiatives. Lead key projects end-to-end, from opportunity identification to implementation, adoption, and value realization. Partner with Product Owners, developers, and data teams to design practical and scalable solutions. Drive project governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and decision-making.…
