Siamo alla ricerca di fisioterapisti domiciliari nei seguenti territori: TRAPANI; CASTEL VETRANO; MAZARA; ALCACMO; PANTELLERIA Obiettivi Attuare interventi fisioterapici specifici, autonomi e complementari di natura tecnica, relazionale ed educativi in linea con le attività previste dal PAI; Assicurare l'attuazione delle attività assistenziali orientate alle esigenze dei pazienti considerando età, genere, condizioni di salute, fragilità fisiche/psichiche e tenendo conto delle specificità religiose etniche e linguistiche; Garantire e promuove l'educazione sanitaria e terapeutica all'Assistito e al care giver; Agire secondo le Linee Guide…
