In AXA Italia, per la nostra sede di Roma, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Training Specialist per un contratto di sostituzione maternità. La risorsa verrà inserita nella direzione Distribution & Sales, all’interno dell’area Formazione Reti, a supporto del team dedicato allo sviluppo e l’esecuzione del piano formativo in affiancamento agli esperti dell’Ufficio Formazione, alla strutturazione della comunicazione verso la rete agenti e gli stakeholder interni e all’implementazione del processo formativo attraverso la piattaforma LMS.
