We are seeking an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and lead our Client Relationship Representatives (In-House / Field Based). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience of promoting company services and of leading teams within a fast-paced environment, preferably within a financial services institution. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team. Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets and goals. Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary.
