Job Description Summary We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. The person in this role will support the management of service orders administration, customer billing activities, and operational processes that ensure an excellent customer experience. They will collaborate with multiple functions including Sales, Service Delivery, Field Service, Finance and Customer Support, helping to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately, invoices are issued on time, and operational issues are solved efficiently.
