At Grand Hotel Timeo a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented Guest Experience Intern, who will support our team in designing, coordinating, and executing extraordinary on-property experiences and bespoke activities for our discerning guests. Primary Responsibilities Include Coordinate on-property guest experiences, managing the daily logistics, timing, and flawless execution of in-hotel activities and events. Liaise with local partners and premium vendors, handling bookings, verification of services, and administrative follow-ups to ensure seamless collaboration. Manage the guest gifting process, selecting, arranging, and setting up bespoke welcome amenities, anniversary surprises, and personalized in-room touches.…
