Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire all'interno della Global Central Business Development, area Mergers & Acquisitions, per un periodo di 6 mesi che affiancherà il tutor di riferimento, supportandolo nelle seguenti attività: - Scouting di possibili aree di investimento e valutazione di opportunità di M&A; - Redazione di company profiles di possibili società Target; - Predisposizione report/documenti per aggiornamenti al management Brembo; - Supporto al Venture Capital; - Supporto al team di M&A nelle attività di Pre-Due Diligence e valutazione dell'opportunità di investimento. Minimum Requirements: - Laureando/a o neolaureato/a in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale; - Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel); - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.…
