For the next season 2027, we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our team Splendido! The ideal candidate is open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further. He / she is willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, curiosity and community. He/She will reports a Restaurant Manager Main duties & responsibilities: Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on La Terrazza Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures; Take care of the mise en place; Support the Chef de Rang with service; Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service; Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience…
