About this job
This role supports the operational efficiency of the MW Business Unit by managing purchase processes, tracking budgets, and assisting with project and program oversight. Triggering and Following Purchase Processes: Initiate Purchase Requests using various tools (e.g., iBuy, SRM). Monitor and follow up on Purchase Orders generated from requests. Track deliveries and ensure proper goods reception. Accurately register purchase and delivery data into the MW dataverse. Manage relationships and interactions with suppliers. Budget Tracking: Provide support to tribes for material and subcontractor cost planning. Plan and monitor investment expenditures. Project/Program Tracking: Assist Technical Project Managers (TPM) and Project Managers (PM) with cost and effort tracking activities.…
