In addition, the candidate will be involved in a project focused on the digitalization of HSE processes, with particular attention to the optimization of behavioral monitoring tools. Main Responsibilities Support in drafting and updating HSE documentation. Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance related to safety and environmental matters. Participate in internal audits and workplace inspections. Collect and analyze data related to accidents, near misses, and HSE indicators. Collaborate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE area. Assigned Project Responsibility for the preliminary study related to the introduction of “smart” digital BBS (Behavior Based Safety) checklists.
