What will you take care of? As a 6 months Intern you will join the Talent Acquisition team within Bosch’s Human Resources department based in Milan. You will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the different stages of the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview scheduling and participation. You will contribute to the organization and management of Employer Branding initiatives, such as Career Days, internal and external recruiting events, as well as collaborations with universities and other partners. You will become part of Bosch’s HR department and gain first-hand exposure to its activities and processes, working closely with different business functions, internal stakeholders and HR service providers.…
