We are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our DaV Restaurant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She will reports a Restaurant Manager Main duties & responsibilities: Fullfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on DaV Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures; Take care of the mise en place; Support the Chef de Rang with service; Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service; Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.…
