Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: We are looking for a Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our plant in Merlino (LO). Reporting directly to the Plant Maintenance Manager, you will: Support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out in line with production objectives and safety standards, ensuring that all activities are performed in compliance with company requirements; Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities (planned maintenance, line shutdowns, emergency interventions); Monitor work progress, ensuring compliance with planned timelines and allocated resources; Collaborate with suppliers and external contractors (equipment manufacturers, electricians, etc.) for the execution and supervision of maintenance…
