We are looking for a Bartender to join our DaV Mare Restaurant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. Main duties & Responsibilities: Fulfill the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures; Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere, establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries; Plan, organize, and control the operations of a bar; To monitor stock levels, paying particular attention to use-by-dates on perishable goods, and order replacement…
