HR Business Partner Per azienda del settore turismo con villaggi distribuiti sul territorio e in forte crescita, cerchiamo un HR Business Partner che diventi il punto di riferimento per tutte le attività People & Culture, gestendo l’intero ciclo di vita del lavoratore e supportando la strategia aziendale in collaborazione diretta con l’AD. Responsabilità - Gestione completa del processo di selezione per ruoli stagionali, operativi e manageriali. - Coordinamento onboarding e formazione iniziale del personale. - Amministrazione HR: contratti, presenze, turnazioni, trasferimenti. - Gestione relazioni sindacali e normativa del lavoro. - Monitoraggio clima interno, engagement e retention. - Gestione disciplinare e supporto ai responsabili dei villaggi.…
