In affiancamento al Team Recruiting ti occuperai di: Supportare la gestione del processo di selezione: pubblicazione degli annunci sui canali interni ed esterni, screening dei CV, primo contatto con i candidati, organizzazione dei colloqui e gestione della fase finale di proposta; Predisporre reportistica e monitorare i principali KPI di recruiting; Creare presentazioni e materiali per la condivisione dei risultati con i principali stakeholder Cosa offriamo?
