The Real Estate & Facility Coordinator, operating within the assigned real estate and facility infrastructure perimeter, is responsible for ensuring, as continuously as possible, the expected operation of building systems across all stages of the service or service component lifecycle (during routine operations, maintenance/correction/improvement, incident management, design/evaluation/implementation, and decommissioning).
