All’interno della BU Velivoli, Uo Operation Ingegneria Industriale/System Monitoring & MFG Engineering Governance del Plant di Venegono Superiore, si ricerca un Addetto alla Governance e Sviluppo delle competenze. La risorsa verrà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività: Garantire il supporto all’ente Budget and Investment Mgmt per il controllo del Budget Piano delle Manufacturing Engineering di sito in termini di volumi ore impiegati; Garantire il supporto al responsabile dell’u.o. e ad HR per tematiche di knowledge Management per la famiglia professionale con lo scopo di consolidare i ruoli e lo sviluppo/mantenimento dei percorsi formativi (syllabus), Inoltre dovrà interfacciarsi con le altre aree aziendali (HR, O&SC Knowledge Management) in modo da allineare le iniziative.…
