Per realtà industriale strutturata e operante a livello internazionale nel settore offshore, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Travel & Service Back Office da inserire all'interno dell'area Service. La risorsa avrà un ruolo centrale nel supporto operativo alle attività post vendita, nella gestione della logistica, delle trasferte del personale tecnico e nel coordinamento dei processi amministrativi legati agli interventi di assistenza. Principali responsabilità Gestione e consuntivazione degli interventi di assistenza tecnica. Apertura e gestione delle commesse service e ricambi. Preparazione della documentazione necessaria per spedizioni nazionali e internazionali. Supporto alle attività di fatturazione relative a interventi e ricambi.…
