Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a motivated and proactive Maintenance & Reliability Intern to join our Packaging, Device & Logistics area at the Sesto Fiorentino manufacturing site. This six-month extracurricular internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, supporting the optimization of preventive maintenance activities on production equipment. The selected intern will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and will be actively involved in collecting and analyzing maintenance data, supporting technical evaluations, and contributing to the prioritization of activities aimed at improving equipment reliability and overall efficiency.…
