In qualità di Infermiere di Telemedicina, contribuirai a: Fornire un'assistenza centrata sul paziente e facilitare l'accesso del paziente ai servizi in modo piacevole e consapevole; Facilitare l'accesso dei pazienti ai farmaci, monitorare la loro aderenza alla terapia e fornire loro informazioni sui prodotti farmaceutici (per telefono, via chat, in videochiamata); Erogare training ed assistenza in chiamata od in videochiamata sul corretto utilizzo di medical device; Il lavoro sarà svolto prevalentemente presso il nostro ufficio; Segnalare e gestire Individual Case Safety Report and Product Quality Compliant; Implementare e fornire soluzioni alle parti interessate (pazienti, farmacie, aziende farmaceutiche,…
