Keeps their work area tidy and clean with all the equipment and supplies required for the service, keeping menus and bill holders in good condition. Participates in briefings at the beginning of each shift to get information on dishes of the day, VIPs, groups, events, and general comments and sharing information. Consistently offers a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests and customers on arrival and departure, always with an impeccable posture and personal presentation.
