All’interno dell’Area di Business Cyber & Security Solutions, stiamo ricercando un/a Cyber Security Service Manager per la nostra sede di Roma Laurentina. La risorsa che individueremo si occuperà di: Supervisionare che l’erogazione dei servizi gestiti (MSS) e non, avvenga in maniera efficace ed efficiente, mettendo in campo tutte le azioni necessarie affinché ci sia rispondenza agli impegni contrattuali assunti (SLA) e dedicandosi quotidianamente al Continual Service Improvement; Rappresentare l’interfaccia principale verso il Cliente nonché il punto di raccordo e coordinamento delle attività delle verticali tecniche di Leonardo adibite all’erogazione dei servizi; Organizzare e condurre le SERVICE REVIEW periodiche con i Clienti, nelle quali rappresenta l’andamento dei servizi erogati,…
