We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy! The Program Manager – Large Power Converters will manage the development and execution of new products within the Large Power Converters Product Line, part of the Power Management Business Unit. This role is needed to support the expansion of the product line portfolio, which is increasing in both size and complexity. The role will primarily focus on New Product Development / New Product Introduction programs managed through the Vertiv NPDI process, while also supporting selected initiatives related to existing products, including sustaining, regionalization, cost-out, compliance, lifecycle management, and engineering change projects.
